It remains a minimum of 30 months inside stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and another minimum of 9 months inside magnum type bottles before going to the market.
It is of medium robe, of dark cherry red colour with nuances of cherry red.
It is intense, with hints of very ripe red fruit, chocolate and offers toasted notes.
It is smooth, glyceride and tasty, and the acidity and the alcohol are balanced. It offer hints of species, ripe fruit and roast aromas in the retronasal passage.
